Tuna Balls: Crispy Canned Tuna Balls

This tuna balls recipe is great as appetizers for dinner parties or snacks for home or to-go lunches. You will adore the creamy spicy and savory flavor combination brought by the jalapeños and cream cheese.

4 oz Can of Tuna (Drained)
4 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1-2 oz Diced Jalapeños (Drained)
Oil for Frying (1 Inch Thick in a Large Cooking Skillet)
