Sardine Rillettes

Sardine Rillettes is an amazing and really easy appetizer that comes together in under 10 minutes. It is perfect to make if you have unexpected visitors or as a late weekend snack when you want something delicious but has no energy or desire to cook.

Rillettes is traditionally are made from meat, specifically pork, and it’s a long and time-consuming process. But by using canned fish, canned sardines, in this case, makes rillettes really easy and fast to make.

Sardine Rillettes Ingredients:

300 g Canned Sardines in Water (Not Oil)
75 g Greek Yogurt
75 g Mascarpone Cheese
1 piece Lemon
2 pieces Cornichons or Gherkins
1 teaspoon Mustard
Salt and Pepper
