Peach Galette Recipe With Canned Peaches

This pretty Summer peach galette recipe combines a flaky, rustic pie crust with lime-spiced peaches on top. Add it with just a dollop of whipped cream or mascarpone, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream – and you’ve got the perfect summer dessert.

Peach Galette Ingredients:
1/3 cup + 1½ tsp Sugar
¾ tsp Salt
1⅓ cups (180g) All-Purpose Flour, Plus More for Surface
¾ cup (1½ Sticks) Very Chilled Salted Butter
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Finely Grated Lime Zest
2 cans of Peaches, Drained Cut Into ¾”-Thick Wedges
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
